  1. Returns
    We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Some items, due to their handmade nature, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly marked on our website.

  3. Refunds
    Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method due to our Cash on Delivery policy.

  4. Exchange
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. You may return the item and place a new order for a different product.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist in arranging a return or replacement for defective items.

  6. Shipping Costs for Returns
    Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the product is defective or damaged.

  7. Cancellation
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the item has been shipped.
